Therefore, we shall process your data:

  • to contact you on current matters, such as the performance of contracts concluded between us and your employer/entity you represent, presenting our offers, receiving orders or answering questions. The legal basis for data processing lies in our legitimate interest which consists in being able to contact our contractors (i.e. their employees/associates) on a day-to-day basis;
  • to provide information about activities and possible forms of cooperation. The legal basis for data processing lies in our legitimate interest which consists in maintaining relationships with our contractors’ employees and associates;
  • to defend ourselves against possible claims or to bring possible claims with regard to a contract concluded with the entity that you represent or work for, i.e. our contractor – in the event any dispute regarding the contract arises. The legal basis for data processing lies in our legitimate interest which consists in defending against claims or in making claims against another party.

We have received your data directly from you or from your employer/entity you represent.
The data we receive from your employer/entity that you represent include your first and last name, work phone number and email address, place of work, position or information about your scope of responsibilities.

We will process your personal data for the validity period of the contract concluded with us by your employer/entity you represent as well as for the period of limitation of contractual claims.


Information about the processing of personal data of other persons who contact Company (by phone, e-mail, through the contact form) and persons contacted by Company (by phone and e-mail).


The following information about the processing of personal data is applicable to you if you contact by Company for any reason and you are not our contractor or our contractor’s employee/associate, or if it is Company (by phone and e-mail) that contacts you for any reason.

We shall process your personal data:

  • to provide answers to your questions, which includes contacting you for this purpose. The legal basis for the processing of your data lies in our legitimate interest which consists in being able to provide an answer to a question about our business activity;
  • to cooperate with you or with your employer/entity that you represent. The legal basis for the processing of your data lies in our legitimate interest which consists in establishing and maintaining business relations.
  1. Retention period for your personal data


We shall process your personal data for the period of maintaining our current relations (e.g. answers to questions, presenting offers, exchange of correspondence), and for a period of one year after such relations have ceased. Following this period, we may contact you to ask if further processing of your data is possible.

We shall transfer your personal data to our suppliers whom we commission services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT services. Such entities process data under a contract concluded with us and in accordance with our instructions.

  • to assess your qualifications for the job which you are applying for;
  • to assess your aptitude and skills required for the job which you are applying for;
  • to select the right person to work with us.

With your separate consent, we shall also process your data for future recruitment processes.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:

  • a legal provision (Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code) and processing needed to conclude an employment contract – regarding the following data: your first and last name; date of birth; contact details; education; professional qualifications; history of employment;
  • necessity to process data in order to conclude a contract of employment;
  • your consent to the processing of data provided in the CV/résumé and in the cover letter, if you provide us with data other than your first and last names; date of birth; contact details; education; professional qualifications; history of employment;
  • our legitimate interest for the data collected during the interview. We have a legitimate interest in checking your skills and abilities – this is what we need to assess to ascertain that you are the right person for the job we are recruiting;
  • your consent to the processing of data for the purpose of future recruitment.
  1. Retention period for your personal data


We shall retain your personal data until recruitment for the position you are applying for is completed.

If you have given your separate consent to the processing of your data for future recruitment purposes, we shall retain your data for a period of 2 years from the moment of data collection.

We will transfer your personal data to our suppliers whom we commission services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT service providers. Such entities process data under a contract concluded with us and in accordance with our instructions.

  • the right to object to the processing of your data due to your particular situation – where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest,
  • the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You can transfer these data to another data controller or request that we transfer your data to another controller. However, we will only do so if it is possible to send such data in technical terms. You have the right to transfer personal data only in terms of data that we process on the basis of your consent or contract.

Right to withdraw your consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time insofar as the data (i.e. data other than your first and last name; date of birth; contact details; education; professional qualifications; your history of employment or the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment, as provided in your CV/résumé and in the cover letter) are processed under your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
