Assembly of the AIDA Mechanical Press in Bielsko-Biała

As part of our specialized services, Protech Motors completed an impressive project involving the assembly of an AIDA mechanical press, featuring an extraordinary pressing force of 2000 tons. This project took place in the Silesian Voivodeship, in Bielsko-Biała, and exemplifies our ability to handle exceptionally large and complex industrial systems.

Project Details:

1. Transport and Dismantling: The AIDA mechanical press, with a total mass of 600 tons, was dismantled and transported to the installation site in individual segments, including the 200-ton press head and the 100-ton base.
2. Assembly: After thoroughly securing the location, we conducted the complex assembly of the press, paying particular attention to precision and safety, which are crucial for installing equipment of such large dimensions and mass.
