Protech Motors successfully completed a complex project involving the positioning and installation of four injection molding machines in the Greater Poland Voivodeship. Two of these machines weighed a total of 140 tons, while the other two weighed 36 tons each. This task required precise use of advanced equipment and a skilled team, ensuring the project's success.

Project Details:

1. Transport: A 240-ton capacity hydraulic self-propelled platform was used to transport the machines into the production hall, enabling safe and controlled access to the installation site.
2. Positioning: Hydraulic gantries allowed for the precise placement of the injection molding machines, which is crucial for their future operational efficiency.
3. Installation: The Ormig 100 iE crane played a key role in the installation process, providing the precision and power needed to maneuver the heavy components. The final installation work was carried out by our team of specialists, ensuring high-quality execution and full functionality of the installed machines.
